Which 2020 version of turbotax would I use? - My husband died in 2021, and we received ACA subsidies in 2020. Everything else was routine

It is difficult to assess routine. 

If your income level is less than $39,000 you are eligible to use IRS Free File delivered by TurboTax for your Federal and state income taxes. 

For higher income, begin in TurboTax Deluxe and if your situation requires a higher version you will be prompted to upgrade as you reach those borders.

sorry for your loss... be sure to list yourself first when filling out the tax form.... I don't think you can e-file if he is listed first because he is deceased.
