Help me upload a 1095A form

Enter your 1095 by hand. You have to key it in. If your 1095A has any zeros--leave those spaces blank. The software does not like zeros for a 1095A.

I'm trying to import a self-prepared Crypto CSV but when I get to the import screen only pdf, jpg, jpeg and pngs are accepted. It does not allow me to upload a CSV
