Where to enter info related to 1095-C and 1095-B - Mass state Tax Filing

Hi,

I received a 1095-B and a 1095-C for 2021 (No 1095-HC form). Now when I am filling my state tax return form in TurboTax, in the Healthcare section it asks if I had Private insurance or something else. I leave both blank and then it comes to Employer Insurance. I enter all that info (Same for me and my spouse since she was covered by my insurance plan). Now in the end, it runs a Smart Check and asks me if I had Private of any other insurance. I select Private Ins and then it asks me info about Spouse's Ins. Co Subscriber no., Name of Insurance Company, Insurance Co Id Number.

Not sure what to enter here because I did not receive any 1095-HC and my 1095-C does not have all this info. Do I enter info given in 1095-B?

Please advice.

Check the information where it asks about your wife and see if you marked whether or not she had private insurance. Carefully read through all the questions in the state interview and make sure the information you record for yourself is the same information you recorded for your wife.

I entered the exact same Healthcare info for me and my spouse and still it asks me 1095-HC related info for my spouse only in TT.

Any suggestions on what to do?

If you did not receive Form MA 1099-HC, enter the name of your insurance carrier or administrator and your subscriber number. This information should be on your insurance card. If you do not know this information, contact your insurer or your Human Resources Department if your insurance is through your employer. They should also be able to provide you with the federal identification number of your insurance provider. You may also find this information if you have an online account with your health insurance provider.
