Where to enter estimated taxes paid

I am using the TurboTax Premier online and cannot find where to enter estimated tax payments. The help claims it should be under Federal Taxes: Deductions & Credits, but I can't find any entry for estimated taxes for 2016. Very frustrating. The help link that is supposed to take me directly to the page also does not take me to anything related to estimated tax payments.

To enter estimated taxes paid (Federal, State, Local) - (See screenshot)

• Click on Federal Taxes (Personal using Home and Business)
• Click on Deductions and Credits
• Click on I'll choose what I work on (if shown)
• Scroll down to Estimates and Other Taxes Paid
• On Estimates, click on the start or update button

Or enter estimates paid in the Search box located in the upper right of the online program screen.  Click on Jump to estimates paid
