Where is the remainder of my tax returns I owed 1200$ not 3 grand in deliquent debt?

Recieved 500 of my 1000 return amended and filed the rest and it was all taken I definitely didn't owe the irs 3 grand.

TurboTax never knows if you owe back taxes, and TT never knows if the IRS has seized all or part of your refund. The IRS does not share any information with TurboTax after you file your tax return. Only the IRS can explain what they did and why. It is usually several weeks after a refund has been offset that you receive a letter from the IRS. Wait for the letter, and if you think the IRS is incorrect, follow the instructions in tne letter to sort it out with them.
