Where is the refer a friend link located in TurboTax? I understand how it works

Ive searched under the tabs, my Intuit account, and looked up my question, I am not sure if you file first completely or Im missing it. I dont want to miss an opportunity to save my friend money. Im not a new user.

I'd be suspicious of that link someone provided you above.  It's constructed oddly.  I didn't recognize it and didn't want to try it.
