When I go to My Account and log in it tells me I have no downloads. All purchases have been made from Intuit .

If your order shows as a CD and download then sign onto your download account using the exact same User ID that was used to purchase the software - https://shopping.turbotax.intuit.com/unified/downloads?route=myaccounts
If the software is not in your download account and/or you have not received the CD then you will need to contact TurboTax support for assistance.
