I have not received my cd.

Where is my cd?

What type of CD did you order and when did you order it? Also, have you checked with your bank to ensure the charge was successful?

Where is my cd?

I have not received my TurboTaxDeluxe 2019 CD as of yet. I was charged $74.36 on November 8, 2019. I would like to get the free download now since my new computer does not have a CD drive. How can I get this done? Thank you for your help.

Where is my cd?

You can check your account to see if a download 2019 version of TurboTax is there. You will likely have to contact customer support and have them transfer your order.

To download the software:

  1. Sign in to your TurboTax account using the same login you used when you made your purchase.
  2. If you're not already on the Downloads tab, select it.
  3. Select the corresponding blue button for the product you wish to download. If you don’t see your product, use account recovery to find out if you have other usernames associated with your email.
  4. Save the download somewhere on your computer where you can find it.
    • If you need help finding your download, check our instructions for Windows or Mac.
  5. Finally, install your software by double-clicking the downloaded file.
    • If you need help installing, we can help with Windows or Mac
