The advantage plan renew in early November and is shipped out by the end of November ... right now emails reminders are sent to users so they can review their account info and update it if needed.

Yes if you have an Advantage Account. They are getting ready to charge the credit card to send the program. They don't charge and send the next year program until November.

If you are an advantage member and you updated the CC info late then you may have missed the 2019 program distribution so the change will take effect for the 2020 program sent out next november instead ... if that is your situation you will need to make other arrangements for the 2019 program ... check your account :
