Do I need to report 1099k income?

I retired from my own business in Nov. of 2015, but I continued to receive credit card payments into 2016 for merchandise that was purchased the previous year. Do I claim that as income or was it reported at the time of sale?

Yes you will want to report the income from your 1099-K. Since all tax documents are reported directly to the IRS, you will want to make sure that you enter all tax documents with the tax year to which they are received.
