Where do I put in my first responder Subsistence Allowance in Turbo Tax?

I expect you have a South Carolina tax return.

Select State on the left pane of TurboTax Online
Choose South Carolina
Follow the Interview until you see
Here's the income that South Carolina handles differently.
Towards the bottom of that page, you'll see a heading
Public service,
then just below that, "Subsistence Allowance."
Click Start to enter your information.
