When you go through the FILE section you will reach a payment screen where you can enter a credit or debit card to pay for using the TT software, or where you can choose to pay by having the fees deducted from your federal refund.  The choice to pay from your refund will entail an extra $40 ($45 in CA) "refund processing fee."
