When you print your return to file by mail, there will be a page of filing instructions that includes the addresses you are supposed to use.
When you mail a tax return, you need to attach any documents showing tax withheld, such as your W-2’s or any 1099’s. Use a mailing service that will track it, such as UPS or certified mail so you will know the IRS/state received the return.
Federal and state returns must be in separate envelopes and they are mailed to different addresses. Read the mailing instructions that print with your tax return carefully so you mail them to the right addresses.

Your federal tax return goes to a different location depending on the state that you live in. See this list to determine the location for you. Where to File Paper Tax Returns (irs.gov)

You tell us to follow the instructions that Turbo Tax gives us. But what if there are no instructions? The only instruction page that would print out for 2024 is for electronic filing (it's now Dec 2025, we forgot that we filed an extension and never filed our actual returns!).
This is super frustrating!! I just need the basic information of what it says on that first page for mail in filing, but everyone always references THE INSTRUCTION SHEET. But the PC version does not offer this!!!

You may have already done so, but before you file, be sure you report your extension payment so you get credit for it and that it shows up on your Form 1040.
.
Since you said "PC version", I presume you are using 2024 desktop software. If so, you can open your return in the 2024 software and go to the FILE section and change the filing method from efile to file by mail, and that should also change the instruction form available in the list of forms.. Then you can go into Forms Mode and in the list of Federal forms scroll way down near the bottom of the Federal list, and the Instructions form should have changed from Efile instructions to File by Mail instructions.
But just in case, here's info for a Federal return
Assemble Your Return (pasted from the Instructions to Form 1040)
"Assemble any schedules and forms behind
Form 1040 or 1040-SR in order of
the “Attachment Sequence No.” shown
in the upper-right corner of the schedule
or form. If you have supporting statements
ments, arrange them in the same order as
the schedules or forms they support and
attach them last. File your return, schedules,
and other attachments on standard
size paper. Cutting the paper may cause
problems in processing your return.
Don’t attach correspondence or other
items unless required to do so. Attach
Forms W-2 and 2439 (if applicable) to Form 1040 or
1040-SR. If you received a Form W-2c
(a corrected Form W-2), attach your
original Forms W-2 and any Forms
W-2c. Attach Forms W-2G (if applicable) and
1099-R (if applicable) to Form 1040 or 1040-SR if tax was
withheld."

Where to file paper returns (depends on whether or not a payment is enclosed)
Choose your state at the page at this link to see the IRS addresses to use:
https://www.irs.gov/filing/where-to-file-paper-tax-returns-with-or-without-a-payment
Once you select your state, you should see a table with 2 columns of addresses--one for "no payment enclosed" and one for "payment enclosed." Choose your Form (such as 1040) and the proper column for the address to use.

ADDENDUM
I left you Federal info above. You didn't say if you have a state return or not. If you do have a state return, then once you also change the state return filing method to "file by mail", you should also have a state return filing instructions in the list of state forms when you go into Forms Mode. Sometimes a state also requires enclosure of a copy of the Federal return or perhaps certain forms from the Federal return. If you need help with a particular state, then you can start a thread and name the state in the title to see if someone can help you with it or at least point you to the state DOR's website for info.
