Where do I mail my 2024 NYS business tax return

The mailing address should populate within the instructions when you print your return from TurboTax.  To retrieve this information, click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen, next Print Center.  Then click on Print, save or preview this year's return.  Be sure to include TurboTax worksheets, then View or print forms.

If there is no address in your instructions, you can get the mailing information from New York state directly.  The address depends on type of business filing, and sometimes whether or not you are making a payment.  See: Business Tax Form - New Mailing Addresses
