The IRS is claiming I never filed my 2022 tax return. After multiple conversations with them, I simply want to mail in my previously submitted 1040 (I am owed a refund). They have been unable to confirm where I should mail it. I live in the state of Washington and have been told that I should either mail it to Ogden or Fresno... the "either" worries me a little bit.
Any advice would be appreciated.
