Where do I input driver's license number on my state return?

To enter a Driver's License, you should be able to click on "File" located in the Menu Bar on the left-hand side of your screen.

• Click "Start/Revisit" in Step 3 and choose "E-File"
• Click "Continue". The next screen should say "What type of state-issued ID do you have?" 
• Choose "Driver's License" and click "Continue"

When entering your "Driver's License" information you want to make sure you choose the correct "Expiration & Issue Date" format. (See image below) For Ohio, it should be MM/DD/YYYY In this section it requires the "Expiration Date" first. Please make sure you are entering a current expiration date. When entering your Driver's License number do not use extra spaces nor a dash between letters and numbers. If you have all the information entered and your Driver's License is not expired, you should be able to click "Continue" when done.
