On Form 1099-K the payer's EIN is called "Filer's TIN." On a standard IRS Form 1099-K it's in a box at the very top, to the right of the Filer's name and address.
The filers TIN/EIN is at the top of the form above Payee's TIN. Since this is a 1099k, you do not enter the form itself on your return. If this 1099-k is from income from self-employment then you will enter it by clicking the following:
