Hi,
The step by step system will ask you at the appropriate time for information. For example, in the deductions section mortgage section, click on the start or update button. Then answer the question if you have a mortgage. Yes gets you a form to enter the name of the institution you have a loan with. It will step you through to get you to ID the account. Once it knows that, I will import the data about your loan.
Hopes gets you through this. If you have stock accounts, it acts the same way.

But It is just as fast and easy to manually enter it. When you enter a 1099 the first screen is How to Enter, by Import or Enter it Myself. Scroll down and click the last circle to enter it myself.
