The program is not referring to a 1099-B here, it's referring to one of its own internal worksheets where it keeps information you've entered so it can do its calculations. You've obviously used either the ISO or NQSO step by step interview and omitted the grant date from an options purchase lot where you sold some of the stock.
With desktop TurboTax the program opens a window into the relevant Form/Schedule/Worksheet where if finds a problem and you can see what's wrong/missing and correct it right threre. Doesn't "online" TurboTax have a similar feature? If not, cruise back through these step by step interviews and see if you can find the missing information, which is the grant date.
