Where do I enter the 2023 tax refund that was credited to estimated payments for 2024? There does not appear to be a place to enter them with the other quarterly payments

You don't enter it on the screen for quarterly estimated tax payments. It goes on a different screen. Go to Federal Taxes > Deductions & Credits. On the screen "Your 2024 Deductions & Credits" scroll down to the section "Estimates and Other Taxes Paid." Click the Start button for "Other Income Taxes." On the "Other income taxes" screen scroll down to "2023 Refund Applied to 2024." Click the Start button for "2023 refund applied to 2024 federal taxes."

Follow these steps to enter your 2023 Tax Refund that you applied to your 2024 return in TurboTax Online:

  1. Open or continue your return
  2. Go to the Federal section, then Deductions & Credits
  3. Scroll down and select Estimates and Other Taxes Paid
  4. Select Start or Revisit next to Income Taxes Paid
  5. Choose Start next to Estimated Tax Payments and choose Start/Revisit next to Income Taxes Paid
  6. Choose 2023 Refund Applied to 2024
  7. Choose Start/Revisit next to 2023 refund applied to 2024 federal taxes (or state taxes)
  8. Enter the amount, and then click Done
