You are posting from the TurboTax online editions. Your license code is not used for an online tax return. There is no reason for you to be using the online editions.
When you purchased the TurboTax software you have to install the software on a personal computer and during the installation process you will be asked for the license code.
It's part of the software installation procedure; you'll reach a prompt which asks for the license code.
I received a package with a CD however I don't have that capability...I have to down load "installturbotax.com".
when I enter the website it prompts me to enter my account information but does not ask for my license code (no pop up box). I do not want to pay for a new tax return.
