Where do i enter information from a 1099q?

I cant find where to add a 1099-Q at in Turbotax.  It says to do a search then click on the "jump to file".  I did the search, no jump to file pops up.

Please follow the instructions below to enter your 1099-Q:

1. Go to My Account > Tools > Topic Search.
2. Tyle 1099-Q (upper- or lower-case, with or without the dash) in the search box and then click Go.
   
3. On the Form 1099-Q screen, click Continue and follow the onscreen instructions.
