Where do i enter estimated payments in north carolina tax form

To enter, edit or delete estimated taxes paid (Federal, State, Local) -

Click on Federal Taxes (Personal using Home and Business)
Click on Deductions and Credits
Click on I'll choose what I work on (if shown)
Scroll down to Estimates and Other Taxes Paid
On Estimates, click on the start or update button

Or enter estimates paid in the Search box located in the upper right of the online program screen. Click on Jump to estimates paid

You will actually enter this in the Federal area where you would enter Federal estimated payments. There is a column for Federal and a column for State. 

1. Open or continue your return.
2. Go to the Federal section, then Deductions & Credits. (or You can also search for estimated tax payments and select the Jump to in the search results).
3. Select Estimates and Other Taxes Paid.
4. Select Start or Revisit next to Estimated Tax Payments.
5. Choose Start next to the type of estimated tax payment you'd like to enter.
