Where can I indicate that someone claims me as a dependent?

In the Personal Info section of TurboTax.   When you are signed into your TurboTax account, click on My Info from the left side panel menu.   Then click on Edit next to your name and click through until you come to the page titled Let's check for some other situations.

Then scroll down and put a checkmark next to Another taxpayer can claim me as a dependent on their tax return.
