If you're referring to the 5-digit Signature PIN to electronically sign your return on a screen with "today's date" and your birthdate, you don't have to use the same one as last year (aka "Prior-Year PIN"). You can make up a new one.
If you do want to use the same one as last year, we can tell you how you "might" be able to find it. Did you use the 2023 Online TurboTax or the desktop version?
Yes
Yes what? The question was last year did you use Online TurboTax or desktop TurboTax? And what are you using for 2024--Online TurboTax or desktop TurboTax?
Yes I used the online version of Turbo Tax as I have for many years. I am using a different service this year.

Oh, you would have to look on the 2024 Federal Information Worksheet to see if it shows the 2023 Prior-Year Pin that transferred in from 2023, but if you're not using 2024 TurboTax, you can't get to that worksheet.
However, if you used TurboTax and the same 5-digit signature PIN for 2023 as you did for 2022, you could look at the 2023 Federal Information Worksheet in your 2023 return PDF to see if it shows what you used for 2022. There's no guarantee that it will work in the Online version, but it works in the desktop versions.
I'm not sure why you want to go to all that effort for that specific prior-year Self-Select PIN, since you can select a different one. A lot of folks don't have it and just use a new one. TurboTax says choose any 5 digits of your choice. I have no idea what your other service is requiring.
You'll also need to know your 2023 AGI to verify your efiling.
I can open my 2023 tax return because it says it's already been filed. I have my printed copy but don't see the signature pin on the paperwork. How can I find my 2023 pin because my 2024 return is rejected every time I try to filed my 2024 taxes with error message IND-032-04. I have checked the AGI and it is exactly what is on line 11 of my 2023 tax return.

Are you filing a married joint return? That rejection code indicates a spouse problem. You don't have to have the self-select signing PIN from last year.
IND-032-04: The spouse's AGI or Self-select PIN from last year doesn't match IRS records.
It is most likely the spouse's 2023 AGI causing the problem. How did you both file in 2023--was it a married joint return last year? If the 2023 return was a joint return, then you both have the same total 2023 AGI. Do not divide it. If you have tried that first, and if it didn't work, then use the total 2023 AGI for the primary filer, and for the spouse use a 2023 AGI of 0 (zero) and see if that works.
If you were not married last year and filed as single or filed married and separately, then you would each have your own 2023 AGI's from your separate returns last year. If that's your situation, and if you already tried that but it didn't work, try $0 for the spouse 2023 AGI.
Also, in order to "sign" the return, you will both be asked to enter any 5-digit PIN of your choosing, consisting of any 5 digits, except it can't be all zeros. It's on a screen with "today's date" and your birth date.
I did use Turbotax online for 2023. So how can I find the 2023 5 digit pins I used. It doesn't show up on my printed tax return and Turbo tax won't let me review the 2023 because it's been filed. It would be nice if they printed the pins near the signatures page.

As mentioned earlier in this thread and in my most recent comment to you, you don't need the 5-digit PIN from 2023 when using 2023 AGI to verify. As I mentioned above, it's likely the AGI that is causing your efile rejection. On the Signature page you can even use a new 5-digit PIN every year, if you wish. But since you want the old PIN, there are a couple of ways you may be able to find it.
Method One:
If you used the same Online account for 2024 as you did for 2023, it may have transferred into your 2024 return. You can look at your 2024 Federal Information Worksheet. IF it's there, it would be way down near the bottom of Part VII. To see a PDF of your current 2024 return, you can follow these steps:
Open your return interview back up.
In the left menu column go to Tax Tools tab, then subtab Print Center.
Method Two:
Or you can look and see if it's in your 2023 Federal Information Worksheet (again way down near the bottom of Part VII.) If you haven't already done so, download a new 2023 PDF from your Online account by going to "Your Tax Returns & Documents" for 2023. An old PDF from 2023 that you downloaded last year may not have all the worksheets. In fact, there's no guarantee that even a newly-downloaded 2023 PDF will have all the worksheets. You'd just have to look.
If the new 2023 PDF doesn't have the 2023 Federal Information Worksheet, you could phone TurboTax Support to see if you could talk them into providing you the 2023 desktop software to install on your computer, and then you could download the *.tax2023 data file from your online account to open in the 2023 software. Then one would go into Forms Mode to view the 2023 Federal Information Worksheet to see if the PIN is there.
NOTE: Remember all PDF tax documents and tax data files are very sensitive files, since they contain your personal ID info, financial data, and possibly bank account numbers, etc. Be sure to store them safely and securely to guard against computer theft, hacking, etc.
desk top version
desktop version
I used the desktop version in 2023 and I need the pin I used to file 2024. Desktop version also.

It's not required to use last year's 5-digit PIN. However, since you used desktop software both years, it may already be prepopulated from 2023. If you wish, you will have the opportunity to create a new one when you electronically sign the return. For verification purposes when efiling it will ask you for your 2023 AGI (that, too, may have already transferred in.)
But if you want the 5-digit PIN from last yeart, you "might" be able to see it this way:
If you used desktop software in 2023 and transferred in the *.tax2023 data file into your desktop 2024 return, it should already be in your 2024 return. Go into Forms Mode. The 5-digit PIN used last year may be on the 2024 Federal Information Worksheet. It's way down in Part VII of that worksheet. Or you can look on last year's Federal Information Worksheet to see if it's there if you saved a PDF with all the 2023 forms, or if you have the 2023 software installed.
Or did you already efile and got a rejection? If so, the rejection was most likely for 2023 AGI, not PIN.
