Where can I find Form 4648 to file for a tax extension for 2022?

An extension, Form 4868, had to be filed on or before April 18, 2023 for tax year 2022.

If you are out of the country, you can file the form for another four months of time. you must truthfully check the box on Line 8.

If you are in one of the storm disaster areas, you may already have an extension.
