When will Turbotax put Maryland's RELIEF act into effect and remove unemployment income from filers' FAGIs?

Ok so its now 2022. You guys never let me amend my 2020 taxes to get my state refund. So now im filing my 2021 taxes. This year I have to pay for turbo tax if i had unemployment income. I figured that meant you would take care of everything. Nope. I should be getting a my unemployment state tax back but it doesnt show that I am. So what the heck?
