If you are paying the TurboTax account fees in the File section on Step 1 that is only for the TurboTax account fees, not for any taxes owed.
I paid for the turbo tax fees with a credit card but I also chose the option to pay my taxes owed with a credit card. I am wanting to know when I will be charged for those fees.

When the amount is posted to your credit card statement you will know the taxes have been paid. The IRS does not send you any type of receipt or notice of payment.
I'm aware of that. I just didn't know if there was a time period after your taxes have been accepted by the IRS that it takes for them to charge you. I know when you get a refund they disburse within 21 days. I have never had to pay taxes at the end of the year so I don't know how long it takes compared to the refund process.
I am wondering the same thing. Does it take 21 days?
It depends on the date you entered when you entered your credit card number. The default date is April 15th, if you did not change that date it would not be charged until then.
TurboTax does not charge your card. The information you enter is transferred to the IRS with you return and they will charge your card on the date that you selected (or left as default). If you want to make changes to or cancel the payment date or method, you would need to contact the U.S. Treasury Financial Agent at 888-353-4537.
