When will 2023 qualified disaster distribution be available to file?

We were affected by the FEMA disaster listed and our insurance claim verifies that. We came out of pocket for the roof replacement in April but didn't take the distribution from her account until later in the year. The amount taken out was her entire account. Does the distribution have to be identified as a disaster distribution?  Being asked the date the distribution was received but can only find the deposit date into our bank account.

You can use the deposit date as the date received.  @BPhelps

No - the 1099-R is not going to reference any disaster information.   @BPhelps
