Same problem here. Got the error "That didn’t work. Try signing in again. (103)" for 1099-B, 1099-DIV, and 1099-INT import options.
I've confirmed the credentials are correct.
I figured it out.
If you have 2-factor authentication enabled using an authenticator app, TurboTax just gives up and throws the error above. I had to delete and re-add the 2FA in order to import.
