When is Schedule B for Form 1116 Foreign Tax be available in the Turbo Tax software update? You can't complete your Fed without the B?

When is Schedule B for Form 1116 Foreign Tax be available in the Turbo Tax software update? You can't complete your Fed without the B?

But on TT site, is says the PRINT VERSION will be available on 3/17 BUT not the Efile version.
