I'm sorry, but I'm a fellow user and have no way of troubleshooting any further with you other than sharing that account recovery tool. So I'll just mention some points to check and how to phone TurboTax Support.
Did you prepare your own return last year in Online TurboTax or the desktop software (CD/download)? If you happened to have prepared your 2018 return in desktop software last year, then your information from 2018 will not be in an online account.
You haven't mentioned any tax years at all or the stage the daughter's 2019 return is in. When you said "daughter's information", are you referring to a 2019 return that had already been prepared and filed for her this year? Or did you start a new 2019 return and noticed her information from 2018 transferred into 2019 at the beginning of the new return? If her info from 2018 is transferring into a new 2019 return, and if there's a 2018 return in that account that is hers, it sounds like you prepared her 2018 return in that account last year. Whether you have a different account for your 2018 return or not, I have no way of knowing.
And when you are talking about "your" information that you can't find, are you referring to a 2019 online return that you had already prepared and filed this year, or a 2019 return still in preparation that you can't get back to, or are you just starting your 2019 return?
Or are you talking about your past returns from prior years, such as 2018 and earlier?
When you log into that account, scroll down to the section "Your Tax Returns & Documents." Expand that section and choose tax year 2018. Choose "download/print the PDF." Whose 2018 return is in that account?

you can't have that done. An online account is only good for one person.
Did you use your own account previously to prepare your daughter's return? She should have had her own account.
Or could you have multiple accounts without realizing it? That happens commonly. It can't hurt to check for multiple accounts. Maybe you'll find another one that you have been using for you.
You can have up to 5 accounts that use the same email address for notification purposes. A User ID may be an email address, but it doesn't have to be. It might be only part of an email address, or it can be anything at all.
To get a list of your User IDs and recover account access, you can use the tool at the link below. When using the Account Recovery tool, try using your phone number first. After that, if necessary, then run the tool on your email address(es) you can access.
NOTE: Before running the account recovery tool below, log out of all Intuit accounts including this user forum, or you might end up in a loop. Then clear your browser Internet cache, close your browser, then reopen it, and go to the link below. You may wish to copy this link so you can paste it into the new browser session.

If still no luck after running that on your phone number and email address(es) that you can access, here's another method:
Go back to the tool again, but this time leave the data field blank, and choose the small blue link that says "Try something else", and it will look you up by SSN and other parameters.
Thanks very much for the detailed explanation!
This unveiled a couple accounts from my wife, but not our old data. Is it possible that my previous tax information just went "poof" and is gone entirely??
Oddly, when I enter in my social security number in the account recovery process, the account which has my daughter's data in it shows up on their list for recovery.
It's not making sense to me that my daughter's data would have overwritten my data -- I think I would have definitely noticed when entering her taxes if my old data was carrying forward!

Thanks... that did the trick. I had assumed my info would be available on Intuit online if I submitted it via Intuit, but I had indeed used the desktop application. My laptop was fried, but I was able to retrieve my 2018 and prior data from a backup!
Thanks very much for your help!
You're welcome. I'm glad you found it. The desktop version does not communicate with your Online account, so an Online account will never know that you prepared a return in the CD/download version and vice versa. Good luck.
