Excellent. Now I can see the Activation box. Unfortunately, when I click in the box, nothing happens. I cannot type anything into the box or paste my code. In fact, after I click in the box area the cursor changes to an arrow like there isn't a box there at all. Is there any other way to activate?

Try this if you are using a Windows based PC -
Close the TurboTax program
Right click on the TurboTax icon on your screen
Click on Properties
Click on the Compatibility tab
Check the box Run this program as an administrator
Click on Apply and OK
Start the TurboTax program again
If the problem persists contact TurboTax support for assistance

It worked for my 2019 but not 2020 why

This worked out great but I had to also run a compatibility test to fix the issue. Thank you for the advice!
