When I enter my pin for my primary residence the software is pulling up and incorrect tax paid so how do I make this change so the right amount gets inputted?

If you are referring to the Property Index Number, the most common place to find your PIN is your deed, title commitment, tax bill, or other documents you may have from the purchase of your home. For example, see this Illinois website.
