When I e-filed my taxes I selected to pay my federal and state taxes that I owed via direct debt and they still haven't taken the money out my account yet. Why is this?

Have you checked the date you indicated that you wanted your tax payments withdrawn?  You may have put a date for some time in the future.

I think I put February 10, 2023. I am trying to go back and check but it's not letting me go back.

Funds are usually withdrawn on the payment date you specify in TurboTax, but could take up to 7-10 business days to reflect in your bank account. Please see the FAQ link provided below for further assistance:
