Then in that case, see if cleaning up your current browser helps any.   Log out of TurboTax.  Clear your browser Internet cache, close the browser and reopen it.   If you know how to use a private window, try using private browsing, log into TurboTax, and try again.

 

The most common browsers include Chrome, Edge, Internet Explorer, and Firefox.   If you don't have a second browser to try, or are not familiar with using it, you may wish to speak to TurboTax Support by phone so they can question you and troubleshoot with you in realtime to see what your roadblock is.   They are open another 4 hours tonight.
