When filing my return TurboTax showed me my refund amount. Everything was confirmed. I filed. Now it's showing 247 less. Why did it change?

After I filed and went to the tax home dashboard, the amount of my refund was reduced and I don't know why.

Did you file both Federal and state returns, or just a Federal?

After filing, sometimes for those who have filed both Fed and State returns, TurboTax shows a summary page that adds the results of the Fed and State returns together, and nets them to give a conjoined figure.   I take it you are supposed to get a Federal refund.   Did you happen to file a state return that had any tax due?   If so, when that figure is added to the Federal refund, that can cause the overall total figure on the summary page to go down.

Also, have you printed out your Federal return (and state, if applicable) to view the figures on the actual return(s)?  Check the Federal refund figure on your Form 1040, Line 35a.

NOTE:  If you have any state taxes owed, and if you are looking at a summary screen that's netting the Federal and state amounts, that does not mean that any state taxes owed will be paid out of the Federal refund.  It's just showing you what you have left in your pocket when all is said and done.  If you have state taxes owed, you have to pay them by whatever method your state allows/requires.
