When filing jointly , at what point will I enter my wife's W2 info ? I'm at the end of mine but I don't want to click finish up because I don't want to file without her?

When you file  a joint return, every income screen will have a spot with each spouse's name.  You can click to add a W-2, a 1099, etc. and there will be spots with each name.  Enter income under the correct name.

one important point. when entering your spouse's W-2 make sure you check the box that it's for your spouse. major issues can occur if you don't.
