The 2019 TurboTax online editions should be available sometime in December 2019.

The 2019 TurboTax desktop CD/Download editions should be available in mid-November and can be pre-ordered at this website - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/cd-download/

even after they're available, they'll probably need updating.  e-filing won't open until late january or early february 2020.

after updates and before filing, check the returns.  updates may have deleted some data that needs to be present.
