When does an expert work on the documents for filing? I filed mine and it still says to speak to an assistant. I already called yesterday. I have no response.

If you have already submitted your documents and have been matched with a TurboTax Live Expert, once your tax expert receives all tax documents and information from you, it'll take a few days to complete your return. Complex returns may take longer to complete. Your tax expert will give you an estimate based on your situation

Once they’re done, you’ll connect live via video to review a detailed summary.
