Can I use Turbotax if I have a H2B visa?

When did you first enter the US ?

First time in 2014, 4 months with a tourist visa, second time in 2016 6 months with an H2B visa, 3rd time in 2017 6.5 months with an H2B visa.

Based on your provided information, you are considered as a US resident for tax purposes by meeting the  Substantial Presence Test ( all days present in 2017 + 1/3 of 6 months in 2016 => 183 days)  

You can use TurboTax to file a Form 1040 for your 2017 taxes.
