Form 4562, Depreciation and Amortization and Form 8995, Qualified Business Income Deduction have been available for awhile.
If you are using the TurboTax desktop editions then check to make sure you have the latest release.
Click on Online at the top of the desktop program screen.
Click on Check for Updates
I have updated the Turbo tax program but will not download the updated forms still after several repeated steps.

Forms do not show up being available. Message appears saying this form has not been approved for release at this time. On each the 4562 and 8995 it says DO NOT FILE. Once again I have tried to update downloads but it doen't seem to be doing any updates. Please advise.
Again when I attempt a final check these forms come up with errors saying they have not been released yet bit will shortly. This has been ongoing for over 2 weeks.
@fredtressler Ok...I am going to suggest a manual update since these forms have been available for awhile now.

Note - The manual update is only for the TurboTax desktop editions for Windows. If you have a Mac computer then you will need to contact TurboTax support for assistance with the problem of failure to update.

okay, I've tries the manual download for home and business. I keep getting error that I need to install Turbo Tax 2024. It is installed. I've gone as far as uninstalling it and reinstalling it but it says it needs to be installed . I've attempted this 3 times with no luck. Any other ideas. Please advise
@fredtressler You have done everything I can think to correct this problem. It seems to be a local issue but you really need to speak with TurboTax support, give them the run down on what is occurring and what you have done to correct the problem.
