i was told last year because the website is **bleep** up and forced me to pay for premium service that last year in addition to the following 2 years the fees would be waived. Same thing happened this year

No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue. If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help. Do not use the word “refund.”
