TurboTax calls this TurboTax Live or Live Assisted. If your version includes it, you can connect with a tax expert by:

Inside TurboTax (Online version)

1. Sign in to your TurboTax return.
2. Look for a “Live Help,” “Talk to an expert,” or “Expert help” button in the top-right corner.
3. Choose “Talk to a tax expert” or “Start a call/video call.”
4. You’ll be placed in a queue and connected to a real person.

TurboTax Desktop (Mac/Windows)
