What to put for "Principal business or profession, including product or service" if I'm not working right now due to medical disability?

I've been self employed for years, so have noted "consulting" as my profession. I've been unable to work the last year due to medical disability, but am not on disability/getting disability payments. 

What should I put for my "principal business or profession" if I'm not working, under the circumstances I outlined above? My business is completely inactive.

If you had no self-employment income or expenses for your business in 2018 then do not complete a Schedule C for the business
