Are there amounts in Column C? Please see this link which details some different scenarios for reporting a 1095-A policy that you share with people that are not on your tax return.
You will need to allocate the premium tax credits between their tax returns and your tax return. You can divide the amounts up however you all decide to, but the amounts you report and the amount they report need to total 100% of the 1095-A form. When entering the 1095-A, there is a box to mark that says I shared this policy with another taxpayer(s), not on my taxes. Your children will do the same thing on their tax returns.
You only have to enter 1 child's SSN on your return for purposes of allocating the policy amounts - but enter the percentages that you are reporting on your return. On the allocation screen, if you enter 50%, then the other 50% has to be reported on another tax return(s). You could share the policy with 5 people who each report 20% or one person reports it all. The Premium Tax Credit or repayment depends on each individual tax return that reports amounts from the 1095-A
For detailed instructions, please take a look at "Table 3. Shared Policy Allocation - Line 9" on page 10 of Instructions for Form 8962 Premium Tax Credit (PTC). Form 8962 is used to reconcile the premium tax credits reported on the 1095-A.
