What taxes exactly are considered "Property Tax"?

I am a New York state resident, Onondaga county.
When I got my paid tax bills mailed to me from my escrow account, I received:

2019 COUNTY/TOWN TAX BILL
2019 SCHOOL TAX BILL

2019 VILLAGE TAX BILL

On form 1098, I see in box "10 Other" is the text "TAXES PAID: " followed by a number which is the sum of these three tax bills.

I also have received two checks this year from the New York State Department of Taxation and Finance:

2019 STAR Credit
2019 Property Tax Relief

When I go to fill in property taxes in the Form 1098 section of TurboTax, I want to know if I should use the sum of those three bills as my "property taxes paid", or if only some of them count as property taxes. Also if only some of them are considered property taxes paid, how should I put STAR Credit and Property Tax Relief into TurboTax?

Thank you!

Property taxes are "ANY" tax assessed on you based on any and all real estate that you own. So the total of all three of the bills you have are "in fact" property taxes. You can claim the total amount of all property taxes that you "actually paid" 2019. It does not matter what tax year you may have paid "for".
