i was bounced around even with a couple of angry techs, tired of this, tried 10 different things, none worked. I do not want to mail in my returns

tried all of the above, it has been 23 times we tried filing with a total of 11 customer support people, 16.5 hours spent on this s/w. why cannot it spit out the actual reason for the failure.
what are my options here. reason i use TT is it's online and efiling vs not going to a tax consultant. If it craps at basic stuff, why did you even charge $315.00. It makes no sense. Sick of this bs, two freaking days gone.
is there anyone reading these messages ? do something about your software issues. This issue is totally on Turbotax
Did you ever receive a response to this or figure it out? I have also gone through these steps and still am getting the same error and consistently over the past 24 hours.
I was on the verge of trashing my trash can :), and decided to email their CEO and CTO (search online for their emails)
Guess what, they responded!, at least someone cares about their products.
Whatever was done in the background with my email and all the details, (i was never told the reason), it was resolved in minutes after i got a response from their top guy. I was able to complete Federal and State efilings.
The subject of taxes itself is unbearable and on top of this almost 3 days of torture finally came to an end.

Nice! That would have probably saved me a lot of time. I was on the phone with a few customer services reps today - was eventually told that I've gone through all the steps and I will need to go old school and print/mail my returns. I found though that in the final step if you change the ID method (I was drivers license before and changed it), my returns went through. I'm willing to bet there is a bug in that step - I have no other explanation other than if the magic you worked eventually found its way to me. I have to say, very frustrating experience!

What did you change the drivers license section to or did you just skip it? That doesn't seem to be working
I have been facing this for 3 hours now. Their support system sucks too. It gives me a phone number to call and a support id. The automated voice on that number does not listen and just keeps iterating through a bunch of options , none of which is what I want.
I feel trapped trusting this terrible software. Give my 250$ back !
