You will be asked to electronically sign at the end if you don't sign now. The "Sign now, save time later" allows you to sign the terms and conditions early, but don't worry, you can do this later if you feel more comfortable going through the program first. If you sign it now, it just makes the filing process go a little faster at the end.

Can I sign now file taxes
I’m 17 and my grandfather is doing my taxes
We'd love to help you complete your tax return, but need more information. Can you please clarify your question?
The real answer is, by signing this, you're letting Intuit use your tax-return information to market products to you.
The details:
Consent for use of tax return information
Federal law requires this consent form be provided to you. Unless authorized by law, we cannot use your tax return information for purposes other than the preparation and filing of your tax return without your consent.
You are not required to complete this form to engage our tax return preparation services. If we obtain your signature on this form by conditioning our tax return preparation services on your consent, your consent will not be valid. Your consent is valid for the amount of time that you specify. If you do not specify the duration of your consent, your consent is valid for one year from the date of signature.
You can choose to have us use your tax return information to personalize your tax experience with TurboTax, including showing you offers and payment options that fit your tax situation, communicating with you about non-tax products you may benefit from, and developing insights for you and others.Learn More
If you believe your tax return information has been disclosed or used improperly in a manner unauthorized by law or without your permission, you may contact the Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration (TIGTA) by telephone at [phone number removed], or by email at [email address removed]
How does one go back and decline that? I accidently clicked on agree. I went back several times and cleared and started over, but with no avail. Turbotax will not bring that question up again. How does one change their mind and deselect the agree button once already selected.
If clearing and starting over did not repopulate the question for you, you can contact TurboTax Customer Support for assistance.
What is the TurboTax phone number?
For more information about sharing your information with Intuit, please see this help article: What happens after I share my tax info with Intuit?
I did clear and start over, but it is not prompting me with the question regarding sharing of info with third parties. I want to decline this but turbo tax will not allow me to do so. I have been through two specialists who were not able to resolve my issue. Is there a technical support number for Turbotax to call? How can I resolve
this issue?
