Your question is unclear.   Did you prepare a 1099NEC for someone who performed work or services for you?  Or did you receive a 1099NEC for work or services YOU performed for a business or an individual?   What are you trying to do?    Were you self-employed?   Are you trying to file by mail?

the question was very clear  i need to send 1099 for someone i paid...how do i get that info to IRS
